Nana: Baby Sleep Coach ("Nana", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by Titanware ("Company"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.
By using Nana, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Account Information
- Email address (if you register with email)

- Authentication tokens from third-party sign-in providers (Google, Apple)
Baby Profile Data
- Baby's name, birth date, and gender
- Feeding type, sleep habits, and routines

- Sleep environment details
Sleep Tracking Data
- Sleep and nap start/end times
- Sleep quality observations
- Daily and weekly sleep patterns
AI Chat Data
- Messages you send to the AI sleep consultant
- AI-generated responses and recommendations
Subscription Information
- Subscription status (managed by Apple through the App Store)
- We do not store payment details — all transactions are handled by Apple
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide personalized sleep coaching and recommendations
- Track your baby's sleep patterns and generate reports
- Power the AI sleep consultant with relevant context about your baby
- Manage your account and subscription
- Improve our service and develop new features
4. Third-Party Services
Nana uses the following third-party services:
- OpenAI: Powers the AI sleep consultant. Your chat messages and baby context are sent to OpenAI's API to generate responses. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to this data.
- RevenueCat: Manages subscription status and in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives an anonymous user identifier.
- Apple Sign-In / Google Sign-In: Authentication providers. We receive only the information you authorize during sign-in.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in the European Union. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure authentication with hashed passwords
- Access controls limiting data access to authorized systems
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only:
- With third-party services listed above, as necessary to provide our features

- To protect the rights, safety, or property of Nana, our users, or the public
7. Family Sharing
Nana supports family accounts. When you invite another caregiver to your family using an invite code, they will have access to your baby's profile and sleep data. You control who joins your family group.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account

9. Children's Privacy
Nana is designed for parents and caregivers — not for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. The baby profile data is provided by the parent or caregiver and is used solely to deliver sleep coaching services.
10. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete all your personal data, including baby profiles and sleep records, within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Nana after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
